Storyline
The sign upstairs says exchange and repair. The real money comes through the basement door. In Blackwater Exchange, you run a small legal front hiding a criminal fence operation beneath the city streets. Desperate sellers, hustlers, collectors, and strangers bring questionable goods to your counter, and every deal asks the same question: is this item a payday, a fake, a trap, or evidence waiting to be found? Buy low, inspect carefully, negotiate hard, move inventory through underworld contacts, keep the heat down, and survive long enough to build a reputation in a city where everyone wants a cut.
